Position Summary Operate and manage flat panel machinery for 32 mm panel production. Works collaboratively with all other departments in support of Komponents Holdings, LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, a strong understanding of machine operations and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities

Set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery for 32 mm panel production.

Ensure machine settings are calibrated according to production specifications.

Inspect raw materials and finished panels for quality and consistency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

Record production data and report any deviations or issues.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

Competencies

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience operating flat panels or similar machinery.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Related experience preferred: Manufacturing, Carpentry, Maintenance.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with 32 mm system standards in cabinetry or furniture manufacturing.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Consistent and timely attendance required.

Ability to follow directions.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Physical and Mental Demands

Ability to lift, bend, walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally (generally weight for lifting, pulling and pushing is less than 50 pounds).

Reaching, extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.

The worker must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, quality and thoroughness of the work.

Working Environment Warehouse / Manufacturing floor (regular exposure to moving, mechanical parts and machines – moderate noise level).
