Salary Range:
$23.00 – $30.00 /hour (pending experience) with $1.00/hr premium
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Must be able to train on 1st shift and be willing to do overtime as needed.
Essential Duties And Tasks
Perform machine maintenance processes including electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Maintain plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks within a manufacturing environment.
Disassemble and reassemble machinery.
Read and interpret schematics, process control diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Troubleshoot and calibrate level, pressure, temperature, and flow measuring instruments.
Work with electronic controls and circuits, hard‑wire relay logic systems, and process instrumentation.
Qualifications, Education And Experience
3+ years of experience in manufacturing machine maintenance.
Associate's Degree preferred or trade school certificate.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing and team‑oriented environment.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Dependable; reporting to work on time.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and Outlook.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of sensitive information.
Exceptionally strong time‑management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
Proactive, exercising sound judgment and decision‑making; identifies problems and develops solutions.
Self‑confident, self‑motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment Work primarily in a climate‑controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes, and vision protection required. This role operates primarily in a manufacturing environment; exposure to non‑toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels.
Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, kneel on hard surfaces, use hands/fingers to handle equipment, communicate with other personnel on the production floor, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
