About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Learning and Talent Development to redefine the future of guest experience. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping a culture of excellence, where the focus is on building leaders, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring that the brand is synonymous with the highest standards of service. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing a forward-thinking learning and talent strategy, with a strong emphasis on leadership capability, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering immersive leadership academies, coaching programs, and succession planning systems, as well as introducing cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance the training experience.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within learning and development, organizational development, or talent, specifically within large-scale hospitality or service organizations. They must have a proven track record in designing and scaling innovative learning programs, a deep understanding of luxury service standards, and the ability to embed these into every level of training. A global mindset, cultural sensitivity, and multilingual abilities are a plus, as is experience in leveraging technology for impactful learning programs. The role also requires a strong background in leadership development, change management, and organizational transformation, with a focus on measuring the ROI of training and development investments. The candidate should be an exceptional communicator, influencer, and a trusted advisor, capable of collaborating with senior executives to align talent initiatives with business strategy.
