About the Role
The Company is in search of dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. Responsibilities for board members at the company include collaborating with the Executive Director and fellow board members to set strategic priorities, measure organizational outcomes, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization. This involves attending board meetings, serving on committees, and actively participating in fundraising initiatives. Board members are also expected to be community ambassadors, advocating for the organization's work and engaging with various leaders to strengthen partnerships. The role requires a minimum annual personal contribution and efforts to secure external support.
