About the Role
The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for executing a high-impact partnerships strategy that elevates brand visibility, cultural relevance, and commercial growth by securing and activating meaningful collaborations across talent, media, sports, IP partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives. You will oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from vision and opportunity identification to negotiation, execution, integration with broader marketing campaigns, and performance measurement, all while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. In this senior, cross-functional role, you’ll manage relationships with key external partners and agencies, work collaboratively with Brand, Creative, Media, PR, and Commercial teams, and leverage cultural trends to proactively source opportunities that expand reach and drive measurable impact.
You should bring substantial experience (typically 8+ years) in partnerships, brand alliances, talent & media integrations, sponsorships, or related strategic roles, ideally in consumer brands, retail, e-commerce, or entertainment environments. Applicants should have a proven track record of delivering high-profile collaborations that drive both brand and business outcomes. Strong negotiation skills, contract management experience, and comfort managing budgets and agency partners are essential. You must demonstrate strategic thinking, deep understanding of brand positioning, excellent stakeholder and relationship-management abilities, and the capacity to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. A creative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution are also key for success in this role.
