About the Role

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and activation of high-impact brand, talent, media, sports, and co-marketing integration partnerships that elevate the company’s cultural relevance and drive measurable brand and business impact. You will set the vision and roadmap for partnerships, secure and negotiate collaboration agreements, and oversee the full partnership lifecycle—from strategy and talent selection to activation, creative integration, and post-campaign evaluation. In this highly visible, cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with Brand, Creative, Media, PR, and Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment, manage external agency partners to deliver world-class executions, and integrate partnerships into broader marketing efforts while continuously measuring performance and optimizing future initiatives. You’ll also build and maintain senior-level relationships with talent agencies, media platforms, rights holders, and brand partners, and stay ahead of cultural trends to proactively source opportunities that resonate with target audiences.

You should bring 8+ years' experience in brand partnerships, talent partnerships, sponsorships, or media integration roles with a proven track record of delivering high-profile collaborations that drive both brand awareness and business results. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contract terms, budgets, and external agencies are essential, as is a deep understanding of brand strategy, cultural marketing, and how partnerships connect to commercial objectives. You must be skilled at operating at both strategic and tactical levels, comfortable setting direction while driving execution, and possess exceptional stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. A creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset, along with the ability to travel occasionally, will support success in this role.
