About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Audit to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing internal audits related to the firm's cybersecurity, data security, cloud security, and infrastructure. This includes the development of audit programs, conducting audit fieldwork such as system documentation and technical analysis, and working closely with internal and global IA colleagues to address emerging control issues. The role also involves evaluating internal controls in key technology risk areas to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, as well as preparing audit work-papers and reports.
Applicants for the VP Cybersecurity Auditor position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or infrastructure within a bank or financial institution. A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related field is required, and relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CIA are preferred. The role demands experience in managing audits within a matrixed organization, identifying and testing key risks and controls for IT applications, and a strong proficiency in both oral and written communication.
