About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key partner in driving the financial performance, capital efficiency, and risk management of the organization, particularly in a high-volume production homebuilding environment. This role is pivotal in overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and management of annual and multi-year budgets, as well as cash flow models that align with production schedules and community-level performance.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for CPA, CMA, or MBA. A minimum of 5 years of senior financial leadership experience within a production homebuilder or closely related residential development company is required. The role demands a strong understanding of homebuilding economics, experience in managing banking relationships and credit facilities, and a proven track record of partnering with operations and executive leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. The CFO will also be responsible for leading and developing finance and accounting teams, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
