About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the accounting and finance departments to ensure the financial health and accuracy of the organization. This includes developing and managing budgets, overseeing cash flow planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will also be involved in coaching and mentoring the accounting team, managing financial systems, and serving as a financial advisor to the executive team. Additionally, the CFO will be expected to lead financial modeling and analysis for global expansion initiatives, present financial findings in board meetings, and manage global organizational risks.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' finance experience, with at least 5 years in a financial leadership role, and a background in non-profit finance. A BS in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA, CMA, or MBA. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate development, strategic growth, and managing outsourced accounting teams, as well as expertise in US GAAP and systems implementations. The role demands a professional with a strong understanding of global consolidations and a proven track record in leading annual audits and ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
