About the Role
The Company is seeking a Division Vice President to lead one of its divisions specializing in Mission Critical and/or Hyperscale work. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of a revenue unit with a large workforce, driving operational excellence, strategic growth, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards, overseeing project execution, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves developing business plans, staffing forecasts, and equipment strategies, as well as fostering a culture of accountability, development, and high performance among the team.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing a significant P&L. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of industry standards, construction specifications, and contract negotiation, and be proficient in relevant software. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities are essential. The role demands a valid driver's license, a willingness to travel, and the ability to thrive in both office and field environments.
