The successful candidate will be a collaborative, inspiring, and inclusive leader with a deep understanding of equity and inclusion, particularly in the context of early childhood education and social justice. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the organization's strategy and vision, maintaining strong relationships with the Board and staff, and ensuring the organization's financial sustainability. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fostering a culture of joy, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and will serve as a thought leader and advocate for the critical issues aligned with the organization's mission.
