About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of co-creating equitable, high-quality early learning experiences for children aged 0-5. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, inspiring, and inclusive leader with a deep understanding of equity and inclusion, particularly in the context of early childhood education and social justice. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the organization's strategy and vision, maintaining strong relationships with the Board and staff, and ensuring the organization's financial sustainability. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fostering a culture of joy, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and will serve as a thought leader and advocate for the critical issues aligned with the organization's mission.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' of nonprofit leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. The role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a compassionate and empathetic leadership style, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
