The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of advancing the successful integration of immigrants and their families. The successful candidate will be a passionate and inspirational leader, committed to ensuring that immigrant families can access the essential services they need to thrive and contribute to the community. This role requires a deep knowledge and interest in immigration policy, cultural competency, and emotional intelligence to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic vision, program development, and delivery, as well as financial oversight. Strong leadership, people management, and fundraising skills are essential, along with a proven track record in successful donor relations and grant writing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the immigrant community, experience in setting and achieving strategic goals, and the ability to build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team. They should be a compelling communicator, with the ability to advocate for the needs of the community while maintaining a focus on direct service delivery. Financial acumen, proficiency with technology, and a commitment to inclusivity and equity are also key qualifications. Familiarity with the local community and fluency in Spanish are preferred. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board, community partners, and the leadership team to ensure the organization's continued success and growth.
