About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to join their Alternative Credit Group, with a focus on whole loan acquisitions and privately originated asset-based opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and underwriting asset-based financing and forward flow transactions, with an emphasis on delivering strong risk-adjusted excess returns. The Vice President will be expected to operate independently, lead due diligence processes, and have significant interaction with portfolio companies, rating agencies, banks, and legal counsel. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a superior academic background, with at least 7 years' of finance experience, particularly in asset-backed transactions. A preference is given to those with investment banking or buyside experience and familiarity with insurance capital.
