About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Credit Investments to take on a senior role in the analytical and execution aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial modeling, diligence coordination, and the preparation of investment materials. This role requires a deep engagement in operational underwriting, data validation, and portfolio monitoring, as well as the shaping of underwriting standards and portfolio construction strategies. The Vice President will also be expected to collaborate with senior investment professionals, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to the development of best practices across investment teams.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree or CFA preferred, and 5-8+ years of experience in private credit, structured finance, or related fields. Strong skills in financial modeling, credit analysis, and transaction execution are essential, with a particular emphasis on experience in asset-backed lending or structured credit. Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools is a plus. The role demands excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented and execution-driven approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Vice President will also be expected to leverage their networks to source investment opportunities and deepen industry relationships.
