About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of AI Innovation to spearhead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide AI strategy. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring that AI technology is harnessed to provide a competitive edge across various business functions, including design, sourcing, supply chain, finance, and all selling channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the AI roadmap, partnering with business leaders to identify transformative AI opportunities, and serving as the executive sponsor for AI innovation with a strong emphasis on ethical and secure deployment. Additionally, the role involves leading AI training programs, building external partnerships, and representing the company as a thought leader in AI and fashion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' of senior leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, or enterprise innovation, with a proven track record in retail, apparel, or consumer products. A deep understanding of AI applications in various business functions and experience in integrating internal and external data for actionable insights is essential. The role requires a visionary leader with executive presence, collaborative skills, and the ability to drive cultural transformation. The candidate should also have a strong external network in the AI industry and be adept at fostering strategic alliances to ensure access to cutting-edge tools and infrastructure.
