About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of legal services and support to the organization. This includes but is not limited to, drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on compliance matters, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with external legal partners. The Assistant General Counsel will also be involved in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure the company's operations are in line with all relevant laws and regulations.
Applicants for the Assistant General Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment is preferred, with a focus on commercial and regulatory matters.
