About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal leadership role within the Corporate Controller Organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in financial processes, particularly in the context of AI-enabled solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of financial and operational excellence, with a focus on driving transformation, process optimization, and the use of advanced technologies to enhance financial workflows. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for setting and maintaining high standards for the execution of financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the development of financial reporting systems and dashboards.
Applicants must have a BS in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, with a preference for those holding an MBA or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years' finance experience, including at least 10 years in a leadership capacity, is required. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, so excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate are essential. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, a trusted advisor, and a champion of a culture of innovation, inclusion, and curiosity. Experience with financial systems and technologies, particularly Oracle, is a plus, as is a background in managing finance operations across multiple business units.
