The Vice President, Private Equity will be responsible for managing full investment lifecycle, which includes sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting detailed due diligence, building advanced financial models, and structuring transactions that align with the firm’s strategic objectives. You’ll drive deal execution from origination through closing, including negotiating terms and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless outcomes. You will also oversee portfolio company performance by collaborating with management teams to implement value-creation strategies, monitor financial results, and prepare insightful reporting for internal stakeholders and investors. In addition, you will support fundraising and investor relations activities, contribute to investment thesis development and strategy, and mentor associates and analysts to strengthen the investment team’s capabilities.
Applicants should have 7-10+ years' experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related investment discipline, with a strong demonstrated track record of deal execution and portfolio management. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required; an MBA or CFA is strongly preferred. You must possess excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, along with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with management teams, investors, and advisors. Experience mentoring junior professionals and contributing to strategic investment decisions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is also essential to success in this senior investment role.
