About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Carrier Strategy & Network Partnerships to take on a pivotal role in the development of next-generation call trust, identity, and compliance infrastructure for high-volume outbound communications. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning and expanding relationships across the telecommunications ecosystem, including Tier 1 carriers, carrier aggregators, and identity and trust vendors. This strategic, externally-facing leadership position is critical for ensuring that the company's traffic is trusted, authenticated, and compliant, particularly as it scales new products. The VP will also be responsible for aligning the company's capabilities with carrier frameworks and policies, proactively managing carrier risk, and serving as the primary executive contact for key telecom partners.

Applicants must have a background in telecommunications, carrier strategy, or network partnerships, with a minimum of 8-15 years' experience. Direct experience with Tier 1 carriers and/or carrier aggregators, as well as hands-on exposure to high-volume outbound calling environments, is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of STIR/SHAKEN, call labeling, and trust frameworks, and experience in interfacing with carrier trust, fraud, or abuse teams. The VP will work closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that the company's offerings are in line with regulatory and policy requirements. Success in this position will be measured by the strength of carrier relationships, the absence of unexpected traffic interventions, and the company's active participation in carrier roadmap and trust initiatives.
