About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Hospitality to oversee the performance and execution of its multi-location, full-service dining and hospitality portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong financial results, consistent brand delivery, operational discipline, and an exceptional guest experience across various venues. This executive leader will focus on scaling hospitality excellence through the development of senior leaders, strengthening operational infrastructure, and driving sustainable growth while upholding brand standards and guest trust. Key responsibilities include providing executive leadership to General Managers and Food & Beverage teams, designing and improving operational processes, maintaining P&L performance, and leading the talent strategy for hospitality leadership.
Candidates for the Vice President of Hospitality role at the company should have 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit, full-service restaurant or hospitality organizations. A strong command of menu engineering, pricing models, and market positioning is essential, as is the ability to lead multiple locations with full financial accountability. The role requires a strategic, process-oriented leader who is also a visible, hands-on executive, and a people-first leader who fosters accountability and develops talent. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and negotiator, with experience in managing vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, and the candidate must be from or very familiar with the New England market.
