About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Hospitality to provide strategic leadership and oversight of a multi-brand portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial performance, safety, operational excellence, and brand consistency of various hospitality venues, including restaurants and private event spaces. This role involves building and refining operational standards, menu frameworks, and hospitality policies that can be scaled across multiple concepts. The Vice President will also be tasked with driving revenue growth, protecting the guest experience, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
Applicants for the Vice President of Hospitality position at the company should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years' of senior-level food and beverage leadership experience in multi-unit full-service environments. The role requires a proven track record in managing multiple locations with full P&L ownership and team development responsibility.
