About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of FP&A to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global financial forecasting, the development and execution of the company's annual operating plan, and strategic analysis functions. This critical role requires a leader with a global mindset, strong leadership skills, and deep financial expertise to guide a high-performing, geographically distributed team. The VP of FP&A will also be a key partner in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and supporting long-term strategic initiatives across all regions.
Applicants for the VP of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in finance, particularly in a publicly traded company environment, is required. The role demands a proven track record in leading and motivating large, global teams, strong operational finance background, and exceptional collaboration skills. The VP of FP&A will also be involved in financial reporting, compliance, investor relations, and will work closely with the executive leadership to shape a comprehensive three-year strategic and financial roadmap. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across global time zones and cultures and will be a strategic advisor in board-level discussions.
