About the Role

The Vice President of FP&A will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial planning and analysis function, directing both short- and long-range forecasting to ensure precision and adaptability in financial projections. This role manages the annual budgeting cycle to align with strategic goals, collaborates with senior leadership on multi-year financial strategy, and partners with accounting teams on quarterly close activities, regulatory filings, and financial disclosures. The VP also works closely with investor relations to support external financial communications and earnings narratives, supervises a global finance team to foster high performance, and supports revenue acceleration initiatives by partnering with regional business units. Additionally, this role coordinates with HR on incentive program design and assists the CFO in preparing materials for board meetings and strategic discussions.

The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, with advanced credentials such as an MBA or CPA preferred, and bring approximately 15 years of progressive leadership experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles. Demonstrated success managing diverse, international teams and a strong background in operational finance—including commercial and supply chain functions—is essential. Candidates must be adept at cross-functional collaboration within complex organizational structures, comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts, and experience in publicly traded environments and CPA certification is a plus.
