About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take the helm of its IT Managed Services division. The successful candidate will be tasked with the oversight of all day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on a Tier 1 group of entry-level techs and helpdesk/switchboard employees. Key responsibilities for the COO include leading and supervising operational teams across multiple locations, analyzing and enhancing internal processes, monitoring performance, and driving productivity improvements. The role also involves guiding strategies to meet organizational objectives, overseeing staff selection, training, and evaluation, and participating in audits and quality controls. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operational leadership, with strong management, workflow, and operational structure skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and assign business value to operational efforts.
