About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Engineering with a strong background in strategic leadership and enterprise-level oversight of engineering operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting the direction for engineering functions, ensuring they align with the organization's long-term objectives, and leading the development of shared standards, processes, and platforms to enhance consistency and efficiency. This role requires a balance between brand-specific requirements and corporate engineering goals, as well as the ability to drive multi-site engineering governance and facilitate collaboration on technical challenges.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Engineering include leadership and oversight of engineering managers and teams, establishing common engineering standards across all brands, and leading R&D efforts for new products and technologies. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and supply chain, strategic planning, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including multi-site management. Experience in dry bulk material handling and industrial equipment design is a plus, as is a proven track record in product development, process optimization, and team leadership.
