About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Founder/CEO, who will be a trusted strategic partner and the primary point of coordination for the founder's global professional and social network. The successful candidate will be responsible for network engagement, relationship management, event design and execution, executive communications, and strategic support for the founder's business, philanthropic, and social impact initiatives. This role demands a proven global operator with at least 15 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in strategic planning. The Chief of Staff will also be a collaborative leader, a project driver, and a culture cultivator, with a passion for fostering a culture of holistic well-being, purpose, and impact.
Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include serving as a connector, strategist, and operator to ensure the founder remains deeply engaged with leaders across various industries. The role involves maintaining and strengthening relationships, designing and executing high-end events, and aligning networks and resources with the founder's vision. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary, adept at managing complexity, and capable of driving multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously. They must be a professional and discreet individual, with the ability to navigate sensitive business and personal matters with judgment and confidentiality. A BA/BS is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and the candidate must be globally mobile, with the willingness to travel frequently.
