About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Account Management to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader within the Client Services department, driving the success of the account management function and serving as a strategic advisor for the company's largest and most complex client accounts. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of B2B industries, including technology, SaaS, and professional services, and expertise across a range of marketing and communication services. The Vice President will be responsible for leading up to 2 large, multi-service accounts, defining program goals and strategies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results. They will also be involved in business development, leading sales pitches, and managing a team of up to 15.

Applicants for the Vice President, Account Management position at the company should have at least 12-15 years' experience in leading client accounts within a marketing, PR, and/or creative agency. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in managing high-value, integrated marketing accounts, and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with executive and C-level client contacts. Strong leadership skills, extensive experience in business development, and a high level of financial acumen are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating high-stakes client conversations, providing strategic direction for client programs, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Proficiency in project management tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
