About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Engineering and AI to spearhead its technology and AI vision. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and communicating the organization's engineering and AI roadmap, providing leadership across various technical teams, and ensuring the integration of AI-powered solutions into core business processes. This role requires a strategic partner who can design scalable platforms, drive the execution of critical technology initiatives, and translate advanced technology and data capabilities into tangible business outcomes. The VP will also be responsible for enhancing data integrity, availability, and platform performance, as well as overseeing cloud infrastructure and managing external technology partners.
