The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Transaction Advisory Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects, with a focus on private equity clients and middle-market companies. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of financial and operational data, leading various ad hoc analyses, and generating comprehensive reports to present key findings and deal considerations. The VP will also be involved in practice development initiatives and will have the opportunity to mentor and train junior team members.
Applicants for the VP position should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 3-6 years' related work experience, and an active CPA license or equivalent certification. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to distill complex data into meaningful insights, and strong communication and project management skills.
