The CEO will also be the chief ambassador, elevating the organization's visibility, and forging partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including donors, civic leaders, and policymakers. Above all, the CEO will work to unify the community around the ambitious vision of a hunger-free region.
Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in strategic vision and execution, leadership, and culture building. The role requires deep expertise in operational and financial stewardship, as well as the ability to cultivate trust-based relationships and engage with the Board of Directors. Advocacy, political acumen, and a strong understanding of the local and regional landscape are essential.
