About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary leader for the role of Head, Data and AI. This pivotal position is responsible for defining and owning the company-wide data and AI roadmaps, with a strong focus on strategy-through-execution. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of all aspects of data management, governance, and orchestration, as well as leading the integration capabilities to ensure seamless interaction with both internal and third-party systems. A key aspect of the role is setting the technical direction for predictive modeling, machine learning, and predictive AI, particularly in the context of understanding population health and social determinants in underserved communities. The Head of Data and AI will also be instrumental in driving the company's generative AI initiatives and will be expected to partner cross-functionally to design, develop, and integrate AI capabilities that deliver measurable impact and customer value.
Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. A minimum of 15 years' experience in data architecture, AI, ML, and/or data science, including at least 8 years in leadership positions, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions at scale and be adept at translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in predictive AI, including machine learning and large language models, as well as experience with generative AI systems, is essential.
