About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic Head of Advanced Analytics and AI Services to lead the transformation of data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling model development and engineering functions, driving ML adoption, and leading the implementation of advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges. This hands-on leadership role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI implementation, as well as the ability to build and mentor high-performing analytics teams. The Head will also be instrumental in change management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the governance of analytics practices within a three lines of defense operating model.
Applicants must have an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, a minimum of 15 years of experience in analytics within highly regulated financial services, and a proven track record of implementing ML solutions that deliver business value. The role demands a leader with strong change management capabilities, the ability to influence strategic decisions at the C-suite level, and experience in recruiting and leading teams of quantitative experts.
