The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President / COO. This pivotal role is a high-growth platform for exceptional operators, preparing them for future leadership within the organization. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of decision-making, execution, and analytical insight, shaping strategy, improving operating cadence, and driving cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities include running the business's rhythm, attending executive discussions, and being the analytical engine behind key decisions. The Chief of Staff will also lead strategic projects, amplify communication, and be a trusted partner, with a focus on maintaining high standards of discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, strategy and operations, product management, business operations, or a similar analytical role within a tech company. Strong commercial instincts are essential, and experience with marketplaces or multi-sided platforms is a plus. The role requires exceptional analytical ability, elite written and verbal communication skills, and a high bias to action. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments, be adept at working with large datasets and financial models, and have a low ego with a high trust approach, earning influence through judgment, clarity, and follow-through.
