The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its commercial and residential services. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic growth plan, as well as identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand services and markets. Operational excellence is a key focus, with the CEO responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and scalability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Financial and business management duties include full P&L responsibility, budget development, and partnering with the executive team to manage financial risk and business planning.
