About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to transform healthcare and reduce inequities. The CFO will be a key member of the senior executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy and organizational structure. This includes overseeing all accounting and compliance functions, leading the Finance team, and working closely with the CEO, COO, and other senior leaders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned financial visionary and change leader, with a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization. The CFO will be instrumental in architecting a modern, high-performing finance function that supports long-term sustainability and impact.

The successful CFO will be a strategic partner, bringing technical expertise and experience in building systems, and will thrive in a complex, mission-driven environment. The role requires a professional who is ambitious, motivated, and believes in the principles of accuracy, efficiency, and collaborative partnership. The CFO will also be involved in close collaboration with the Board Finance and Audit Committee Chair, board directors, and a team of external finance and accounting advisers.
