About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Team and play a pivotal role in the organization's financial strategy and mission impact. The CFO will be responsible for designing the financial architecture, digital backbone, and risk framework to support the company's expansion and 2030 strategy. This includes leading multi-year financial modeling, scenario-based planning, and translating financial insight into organizational strategy. The successful candidate will also oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across global operations, and will be instrumental in driving a digital transformation of finance and business systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in change and growth leadership, advanced financial modeling, and expertise in donor/grants accounting. Essential skills include strong experience in treasury, cash & FX management, and working capital optimization, as well as the ability to lead cross-cultural teams and excellent communication skills. A Master's degree in finance or a related field is preferred, and experience with nonprofit boards and finance/audit committees is a plus. The CFO will also be expected to have a deep understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards, and experience in enterprise risk management. The role demands a visionary leader who can inspire confidence, enable others, and build a resilient, future-ready organization capable of achieving multigenerational impact in global health.
