About the Role
The Company is in search of a Permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key driver of the financial vision, direction, and leadership, playing a critical role in the strategic management of the organization. This senior executive will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's financial strategy, ensuring all financial operations are in line with regulatory requirements, and leading the financial planning and analysis efforts. The role also involves providing strategic financial input on decision-making issues and evaluating the financial impact of new programs and regulatory actions.
The ideal CFO candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position, an MBA or equivalent degree in a related field, and an expert understanding of GAAP, compliance, and corporate finance principles. Strong experience in FP&A, excellent leadership, strategic planning, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The CFO will be expected to have a proven track record in preparing and presenting financial reports, including monthly reporting to senior management and the board of directors.
