The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the organization's global workforce, data, and technology through robust governance, risk management, compliance, and operational controls. This executive leader will be accountable for maintaining a resilient security posture that aligns with various international frameworks and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include influencing senior leadership, managing external security partners, overseeing security operations, and making strategic decisions on the selection and management of cybersecurity tools.
Candidates for the VP of Cybersecurity role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT and cybersecurity experience, with at least 4 years in senior leadership within a global enterprise. The role requires a proven track record in managing cybersecurity frameworks, deep expertise in GRC, enterprise risk management, and a strong background in security operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in selecting and deploying enterprise cybersecurity tools across diverse technology ecosystems and be adept at developing and scaling employee cybersecurity training programs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence are essential, as is the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Relevant cybersecurity certifications are strongly preferred.
