The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Facility and Venue Management. The successful candidate will be a senior professional with a servant-leader approach, dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, learning, and development. This role is pivotal in overseeing the management, promotion, and operation of the company's venues, including all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, finance, food and beverage, security, IT, production, technology, and community relations. The Executive Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, providing cohesive leadership to all departments, and maximizing the number of events and revenue opportunities.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 8 years' of experience in similar facility management, and a proven track record in public assembly facility operations. The role requires a strategic business leader who can make effective decisions under pressure and manage financial and operating decisions in a competitive market. Essential skills include the ability to work varied hours, excellent communication, and the capacity to solve complex problems with executive decisiveness. The Executive Director will also be involved in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation, and must ensure the venues' operations comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
