The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and organizing a vibrant, pluralistic, and diverse Jewish community on campus. This includes strategic planning, managing financial responsibilities, and cultivating relationships with various stakeholders. The role also involves supervising and supporting a robust calendar of events, mentoring students, and fostering connections with the local and national Jewish community. The Executive Director will be a key figure in student engagement, program design, and implementation, and will be expected to have a strong foundation in Jewish education and a proven track record in leadership, team management, and financial resource development.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). The ideal candidate will have a background in nonprofit, higher education, or related organizations, and experience in Jewish communal or youth engagement.
