About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its dynamic organization, with a focus on implementing a new strategic plan that serves a diverse community of college-age and college-stage individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and organizing pluralistic, diverse Jewish life both on and off campus, and for connecting the organization to regional and national initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership in stakeholder and external relations, including fundraising, and a deep understanding of campus culture and the wider Jewish community. The Executive Director will also be tasked with supervising a growing staff team, developing strategies to expand the Jewish student community, and providing mentorship to support students' ongoing Jewish journeys.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' professional experience, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). The role demands a proven track record in strategic planning, team management, financial resource development, and inspiring pluralistic Jewish life. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervision skills, exemplary executive leadership, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Masterful relationship-building skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate conversations about Judaism and Israel in an approachable manner are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to create a space for diverse perspectives, ensure all student voices are heard, and demonstrate creative problem-solving with an inspiring presence.
