About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of advocating for health justice and promoting health equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic vision, organizational leadership, and direction across all aspects of the organization's work, including its HelpLine, community engagement, and policy and advocacy campaigns. This role requires a courageous, creative, and entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in policy and political advocacy, capable of influencing health care outcomes for marginalized communities. The Executive Director will be the primary ambassador for the organization, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive policy change and strengthen relationships. They will also be tasked with spearheading strategic planning, ensuring the financial health of the organization, and nurturing a culture of excellence and professionalism among the staff.

Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a personal and professional commitment to health equity and social justice.
