The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ESG data strategy and governance, overseeing ESG data collection, validation, and quality control across private markets, and partnering with IT to build ESG reporting infrastructure. This role requires a leader with a strong background in data governance, operations, or information management, and hands-on ESG data experience in private markets, including lending, PE, or real estate. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in capital markets or investment management, be skilled in SQL, BI tools, and Excel, with Python being a plus, and possess excellent communication, stakeholder, and project management skills.
