About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Production to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and operational management of its manufacturing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all production-related functions, including operations, EHS, QA, warehousing, and facilities management. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and significant operational scaling, particularly in high-growth or transformation environments. The VP of Production will be tasked with driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic thinking, a hands-on approach, and the ability to empower teams to drive the company towards being the best supplier in the industry are essential.

Applicants for the VP of Production position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in production engineering, operations management, or a related field, and have at least 10 years' experience in operational, production, or supply chain leadership roles. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial awareness, an understanding of end-to-end supply chain and ERP systems, and excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
