About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Site Operations to provide executive leadership and operational oversight for its regional recuperative care sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and communication of the organization's operations division. This role requires a forward-thinking, strategic leader who can ensure the delivery of high-quality recuperative care services while meeting organizational growth and compliance goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership, identifying and implementing new processes and technologies, and ensuring that operational decisions align with the company's business plan, vision, and mission. The Managing Director will also be involved in budget administration, supervising compliance with grant audits, and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management and homeless services.

Applicants for the Managing Director position must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of field-related experience, with a strong background in operations and a minimum of 5 years in upper management. Experience in homelessness services is a plus. The role demands the ability to build and sustain strong cohesive teams, as well as a deep understanding of harm reduction, trauma-informed care principles, and emergency response procedures. The ideal candidate will have the physical capacity to visit multiple sites, work in various facility conditions, and be available for on-call responsibilities. Supervisory skills, including the ability to train and evaluate management-level staff, are essential, as is a commitment to the company's mission and values.
