The Company is seeking a US Head of People Operations to ensure a seamless and compliant people experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and offboarding, while maintaining full compliance with U.S. employment law. This role involves close collaboration with People Business Partners to align U.S. HR operations with global HR projects, as well as managing union relationships and obligations. The Head of People Operations will also play a key role in translating business strategy into practical HR solutions, improving HR processes, and fostering an inclusive culture in line with organizational values.
