About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and mission-driven Vice President, Finance to play a pivotal role in guiding the financial future of the organization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping financial strategy, strengthening financial systems, and leading a talented team in accounting and revenue cycle management. This leadership position demands a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in building and enhancing financial infrastructure, adept at translating financial insights into actionable guidance, and experienced in multi-revenue environments, including government contracts and healthcare billing.
The VP, Finance will oversee organization-wide financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong focus on financial sustainability, operational excellence, and long-term growth. Collaboration is essential, as the role involves close partnership with the CEO, Board, and program leaders. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner, committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and will have a background in behavioral health operations or revenue cycle management. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a CPA or MBA being preferred, along with at least 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in the nonprofit or related sector.
