About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal leadership role within a real estate private equity debt fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including overseeing financial reporting, managing the fund administrator, and leading treasury operations such as liquidity management, capital calls, and distributions. This role also involves guiding loan facility management, partnering with valuation teams, and supporting various financial aspects of the business, from acquisitions to performance measurement. The Head of Finance will be expected to provide key investor reporting and strategic financial oversight, as well as to foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship within the finance team.
Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company must be CPAs with a minimum of 15 years' experience, currently in a similar fund-focused leadership role. A background in real estate debt strategies is essential, with a preference for candidates who have a combination of experience in both the Big 4 and private sectors. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a proven track record of maintaining high-quality financial processes, ensuring compliance, and streamlining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to partner with business leaders, provide financial insight, and manage relationships with external partners.
