About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, People and Culture to play a pivotal role in enhancing its strategic and operational value. The successful candidate will be a people-centered, strategic leader with a strong business acumen, capable of implementing integrated people and culture strategies that align with the organization's mission and structure. This role requires a transformational change leader who can influence organizational design, and change management, and ensure that the company's values are reflected in all employee experiences. The VP will also be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive talent strategy, championing leadership development, and driving data-informed strategies to support a thriving organizational culture.
Applicants for the Vice President, People and Culture position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in senior roles within nonprofit, national, or global organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading strategic HR initiatives, a deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, and best practices, and a strong background in talent development, organizational design, and coaching. Financial and operational acumen are essential, as is the ability to align people strategies with long-term sustainability. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
