About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, People and Culture to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission-driven and people-centered success. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and sustaining a positive organizational culture that reflects the company's core values and strategic goals. This includes leading HR strategies, talent management, and fostering a culture of belonging. The VP will also oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to performance management, and ensure that the workforce is engaged, well-supported, and aligned with the company's mission. A key aspect of the role is to champion the integration of data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance HR processes and to lead the people-centered strategy for the company's upcoming major campus move.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the company's mission, a strong values orientation, and a proven track record in HR leadership, particularly in mission-driven environments. They should be a strategic and results-oriented leader, capable of balancing strategic vision with a hands-on approach, and driving continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making. The role requires a relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal skills, who can serve as a trusted partner to the team and is adept at managing change with empathy and clarity. The VP will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all HR regulatory and legal requirements, leading workplace safety initiatives, and managing the HR departmental budget.
